The event takes place on March 8 at the Caruso Club, 385 Haig St. Doors open at 5 p.m.

The gala features live local entertainment, a sit-down dinner beginning at 6 p.m., dancing, a silent auction and raffle. All proceeds will benefit SWC as it continues to serve women, girls and gender-diverse individuals in Sudbury.

Tickets for the event can be purchased through EventBrite at tinyurl.com/2u943jv6. Tickets cost $95 each (plus fees and taxes). A table of eight costs $700. New this year — groups purchasing a full table of eight will receive a $60 discount. When purchasing your tickets through EventBrite, be sure to select the full table option.

“Last year’s gala was a resounding success, and we can’t wait to do it again this year on March 8. The IWD gala allows us to raise crucial funds for our clients in need, while also celebrating and empowering women here in our community,” said Ginette Comeau-Roy, executive director of of SWC.
