BOObie Bra Drive
Because access to basic needs shouldn't be this scary
The Sudbury Women’s Centre is once again championing the needs of women, girls, and gender-diverse individuals through our annual BOObie Bra Drive this October. Recognizing that “access to basic needs shouldn’t be this scary”, we will be collecting new bras, underwear, socks, and essential hygiene items to support individuals facing violence and challenging life situations.
Community members can contribute to this essential initiative by dropping off new items at several participating locations throughout Sudbury. The following businesses have generously opened their doors as collection points:
House of Bras-756-A Lasalle Blvd, Sudbury, ON P3A 4V4

In a special effort to support the Sudbury Women’s Centre and fill its shelves, Connected Living is hosting their annual “Yoga in Your Knickers” event. Slated for Thursday, October 12th at 7:00 pm at the Northbury Hotel, attendees will be treated to a revitalizing yoga class that winds down with a serene restorative session. The evening will continue with a social, featuring refreshments, supportive vendors, a silent auction, basket draws, and much more.
Participants are encouraged to bring a new undergarment to donate. In appreciation of their generosity, each donor will receive a complimentary class pass at Connected Living Yoga and Wellness.
