Self-Compassion is a series of 3 hour workshops held once a month which uses group exercises, learning materials, and literature to assist women in learning the importance of self-compassion and showing one’s self-kindness as well as how to identify and communicate one’s feelings and build emotional resiliency.

Participants will build a personal toolbox of mindfulness, journaling, meditation, and mantras, to help them incorporate self-compassion into their everyday lives.
