In a world of drive, mindful self-compassion helps us deal with the pressures of life. A weekly informative session, running Thursdays from 1:30-3:30pm, provides women the chance to learn about mindfulness, self-kindness, connectedness, and how to be more compassionate to oneself and others. This workshop involves various hands-on activities to promote engagement, understanding, inspiration, and encouragement. The program provides resources and exercises to enhance emotional well-being. It aims to help boost happiness, reduce stress, and help maintain healthy lifestyle habits. We focus on how to stop being so hard on ourselves, how to motivate ourselves with encouragement rather than criticism. We also provide mindfulness and self-compassion practices for home and everyday life.
